Ready For the Chop

Spent all afternoon at the allotment, kept finding things to do whenever I thought I was done. It’s often the way. Managed to give away a ton of coriander that I was weeding out from among the spuds, brought a big bag of the stuff home for chopping and freezing, the rest went in the compost bin. My neighbours took some Pak Choi off me as well thank goodness while I just took a couple home for our tea - Pak Choi frittata no less. Pretty good it was too. Had plenty of coriander in it!
