Out for a short ride in the morning, chose the route to get the tailwind on the way home - I flew back!

Down to Flamingo Beach for lunch and a swim in the sea. The rest of the afternoon was spent listening to a series of repetitive beats on a sun lounger.

Out for a short ride early evening, basically the reverse route of this mornings ride. And a bit of a slog - in Lanzarote when the wind blows it, erm, yeah, it really blows.
