Holy Trinity

So, Sarah, the physiotherapist couldn't have been nicer, really. She excused my stupidity, saying that if the knee was feeling better then it was only natural to test it. That was kind of her and we just left it there, and she cracked on with exploring all ways she could find to make me wince.

Afterwards, I hobbled back to the car and swung by Kendal Parish Church (Holy Trinity) to check for Ferryoons whether it is the widest church in England. As it turns out, it's not, although the sign outside did say that it's "one of England's widest churches". It is, however, according to the same sign, Kendal's oldest building. So.

I did pop my head around the door and if I'd had the time, I think I would like to have stopped for a sit down.
