These are some of the poppies that have colonised the squash patch which I am not planting this year in the absurd hope of builders arriving. The youngest plants are going into yesterday's planter, along with thousands of poppy seeds saved from last year's crop - tiny time bombs just in case anyone does rip out the plants. Heehee.
