A Lazy Day

After a lengthy day yesterday (we finally got home at 8:30 p.m. and then had to unload cats and luggage). We haven’t done an awful lot today…a couple of loads of washing and a trip to the supermarket! I wondered if I might get a cat blip today, but they have hidden themselves in the cloakroom since we got home…either one or both must have popped to the kitchen as some of the food we put down has been eaten!

So instead of a cat blip, I nipped into the garden to photograph this fading poppy, which has bloomed while we have been away. There are quite a few more buds around this flower so we may get some more blooms yet.
