Lemon Swiss Roll and Amaretti Trifle

Here is my Jubilee Trifle (30 portions according to the recipe)!  I am pleased with myself as I am no great dessert cook. It isn't as difficult as it looks (especially if you take short cuts like buying custard). The party starts in about an hour, and, although it's only 11ºC, it isn't currently raining.
