It was pouring for most of the walk today...as we went back the sun started to come out!!

L, Nellie and I have had the most active weekend I have had in a while. We have hardly been in the house between cycling, walking and swimming. It is amazing to be able to stay out and walk for as long as I want. Something I haven't been able to do for years. I have that lovely aching muscle tired feeling.

A glass of wine now and a slow cooked beef and potato curry which doesn't look quite as I expected.....the beef disintegrated and the sauce is a bit thin..... but apparently tastes nice!
