Little Moreton Hall

Continuing the black and white theme ...

Today we had a drive out to Little Moreton Hall, a Tudor house at Congleton.
Despite only being about 45 minutes drive away I've never been before but this weekend The National Trust was offering vouchers for free admission to many of its properties so we thought we would take advantage. It's a delightful moated house built around a central courtyard. My blip shows the view from the 'knot garden' where, unusually, you are invited to walk on the grass.
