Finally getting to use birthday and Christmas vouchers for The Samling hotel. The Samling is a fantastic hotel and foodie destination near Ambleside.
Just utterly amazing food and got to share it with our youngest Jake and partner Kieran, who were visiting for the weekend.
Every course was sublime and we did the wine pairing which was excellent. Lovely memories made.
