Cowell club

We headed off on a 90 minute drive to Mole Valley parkrun to  celebrate Martin having completed 100 different parkruns.

It was an undulating course through a wine estate.  My Garmin showed an 88 metre ascent across the course.  Maldon is 2 metres.  We also had heavy rain and wind before we'd finished. Maldon was dry.   

We had cake. I wouldn't change a thing.  We went to Tiptree in the afternoon to see Megan before she is off on her travels again.  She does locum work to fund her trips, describing herself as funemployed.
