I'm tough!

Easy to get romantic about this favourite herb - think 'Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme' from Simon and Garfunkel) - but it's really as tough as old boots. The parent plant of this has grown steadily through the dry seasons and today the offspring was brought in from cold, gusty winds and a wind chill of minus a few degrees. The sweetheart!
