Dusk in Hanmer

What a glorious day! Cloudless, no wind, crisp, 3 adults, 5 kids, and a day trip to Hanmer.

I couldn't remember when I last went to Hanmer and I usually avoid the hot pools. I'm a hot pools convert, they absorb a lot of people without feeling crowded.

It was lovely to be with family and 5 kids didn't phase me ;-) Not having to drive helped make it relaxing too. A long day but definitely a good one.

I'm not usually a corgi person. The one in extras photo is wonderful. He's a character and a champ. And it is Queens Birthday weekend in NZ.
