“Simply Pretty”

Is what I call this ink painting. However today was anything but pretty. Took Bella to vet yesterday with what we feared was back/disc problems. X-ray to shoulders showed a perfect spine without problems. He thought it was muscular and gave us meds. This morning she could barely raise her head and screamed when she moved it. Her neck. Called vet. He immediately said it’s her neck. I happened to have a fresh bottle of steroids we had for the horses so he told me what to do. She seems better after 1 shot. We will try to keep her still for a week or so.
THEN, Johnny’s 80+ yo uncle’s lower legs was rolled over by a log ( country people doing country things), and both of his tibias were broken as well as his left ankle. He was carried to a large medical center. We pray all goes well.
