Refurbish

Dundee's waterfront is going through a huge revamp, everywhere you look there is scaffolding, roadworks, demolition etc. This was an old hotel that The Malmaison is renovating and will hopefully be open by summer 2013. The hotel will be completely modernised inside but keeping its 1890's exterior and the lead dome on the roof will be repaired to its former glory.
