Jubilee

Went to visit my in laws In Worcester today (they are visiting from France where they live)

We to a local pub for a meal and a drink

An easy day and think I’ll sleep well tonight

This is my only Jubilee themed photo as there is a flag with the queen in the distance. Lots more bunting up here than in Stroud.

My Grandad attended the actual coronation in the 1950s as he was invited to attend the ceremony in the Cathedral (by chance really as he was a key representative for the town he lived in at the time). By the looks of it he would have been one of the few ‘working class’ people of the time to get invited.
