The old forge, Yattendon.

This afternoon we went to the annual fete in Yattendon, a lovely traditional event. This picture is of the old forge, which is now a florists. I remember going in here with Mum and Dad and my brother on his eighth birthday, when we watched the blacksmith make a horseshoe. It's good to see that the building is still used and that they have kept lots of items from its days as the village forge.
