Back on Track

Had done my fast walk and completed my street party baking before Elaine got up.
We laughed because she was always the early bird between the two of us.
We got the train to Shipley and then walked along the canal to Saltaire intending to go to Salts Mill, was shocked to find it closed, l’d never thought to check.
Hot footed it back to Shipley and upgraded our rail tickets to get the train to Ilkley where we had lunch.
Cooler today and the forecast isn’t good for the next twenty four hours, hope it doesn’t spoil the street party l am looking forward to attending tomorrow afternoon.
