Another day in paradise

We’ve been a proper pair of water babies today, testing out our new, full face snorkels.

The verdict? They’re ACE!!!!

I didn’t learn until later in the day that Mr A has never snorkelled before. He’s well and truly hooked now.

I had a bit of a panic attack; my own fault for going too deep too quickly. I felt like I couldn’t breathe and couldn’t put feet to floor. Once I removed the mask, swam to shallower waters and recovered, I tried again and it was better.
We saw quite a few different fish, even in the shallows and had a good practice with our snorkels.

Once we’d got showered and dried off (doesn’t that always feel good?!) it was time for a late lunch and a stroll around the gardens, which is where I spotted todays blip :-)
