Old-time feel

What I love about our dairy and, indeed, the farm, is that it has a feeling of yesteryear about it. All farms work in rhythm with the seasons, and dairy farms are no exception, but they have the added routine of twice ( and on some farms, thrice ) daily milkings which lend a timelessness to the whole affair.
