Platinum Jubilee

I feel like I'm a day too late and a year too early with this blip! I didn't get the mugs out of their box in the loft until this evening and realised it is the 3rd today, not the 2nd. All the media events have been making me think today is the important day.

I hunted out all the Elizabeth memorabilia for the shot. I didn't buy anything new this time, I have enough clutter in the house. Hard to believe it's 10 years since I bought the Emma Bridgewater things.

It was a good day for us as our friends, visiting from Canada, joined us in the local pub for lunch. Then we did a bit of recycling.
