Banbury cakes

I don't usually do food pictures but have made an exception and I have been looking for a suitable recipe for these for some time.
They are a little like Eccles in that they are a fruit centre in puff pastry but these are far better!

It has been another day of holiday prep as it gets closer but it tugs at my emotions that I have to leave Kasper behind and am unable to explain what is going on. At least he is not going into a kennel as we have a house sitter.
