Helgoland day 3 - Northern Gannets revisited

Another fun day with our guests at Helgoland! After dinner, we revisited the Northern Gannets at Lummenfelsen. The last warm light on the gannets was simply beautiful! Tomorrow will be the last day of the trip. We will still spend some time on the island,  after which we will take the ferry to Cuxhaven.

I've chosen a tight crop for the image, to give the photo a sense of intimacy. I'm not entirely sure and I have uploaded a different version of the image as an extra, together with a different photo of the gannets in gorgeous light.
