Fish & Chips

Mr MD's calendar said today was 'National Fish & Chip Day" but another source said it was last Friday.  After a short deliberation he decided it must be today - because what else would the Queen be enjoying during her Jubilee week-end?
Following this decision we went to Oxenhope Fisheries and bought our 'celebratory' feast.
This is Mr. MD's repast - Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas (Yorkshire Caviar).
It was all most enjoyable.
