Jubilee street party.

The day started cold and overcast. However , during Covid we entertained in the garage and decided to prepare everything in there this morning.

By two o clock this afternoon the sun started to shine and although we all still had our jackets on we moved outside for our picnic.

Great to get together with everyone. Plenty to eat and drink ( mostly non alcoholic!) We even had a quiz!

Tired tonight after a really enjoyable day celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Ps. The Union flag in the collage belongs to our 83 year old neighbour. Her father flew the very same flag at the Queen’s Coronation!
