Headed to the market this morning which was not observing the bank holiday.  

Back pinged again so stocked up on pain relief even stronger voltaral gel after trouble sleeping in the early hours. 

Purchased vacuum cleaner bags.  Is it me or are there even more dazzlingly lit cosmetic counters in John Lewis?!  Where have the goods gone too?

Dozed a bit this afternoon while catching up on Radio 4's Brief Lives.
