Oasis of calm

Walking up to my orthotics appointment, I came to Bruce Timmermans Park, right next to a busy main street. A lovely unmown area of the city (about the size of our minuscule garden, mind, but lovely nonetheless). Brilliant that it has been left untended.

Appointment went well - and I came back to a bit of editing and a nice conversation with a potential future employer.

Election day in Ontario. Not looking good for the progressive vote.
