Plein air day

I overslept which left the start of the day all a bit of a blur.. I eventually managed to head out and meet up with my plein air buddies.  We had a happy 4 hours painting around Rousham House.. we were visited by one of the many peacocks (extra) who came and posed for us in the churchyard.  Being a bank holiday meant the gardeners were not about which made it gloriously peaceful.. no mowers or strimmer which usually blight our visits.  Home to see the van builders.. they had been reasonbly successful and the cat/kitten (but 1 already) was settled in happily and snoozing under the chair. Now supper.. chicken satay salad.. nom nom
