Silent Sunday

Sundays and "bank" holidays (they're not called that here but the banks are shut - as is everything else, literally) are "Ruhetagen" here (quiet days) so it's hardly surprising the workmen are absent and the worksite is peaceful, I blipped this two weeks ago and as you can see here, they've come a long way, the ground level, which I'm guessing will be the tiefgarage, is built, so it's onwards and upwards from now on!

The sun is hiding today but spring is definitely here, the garden is coming back to life and that means serious weeding needs to be done (such fun can wait till next weekend) but it also means the ticks in the woods are active. We've found four in the last two days on poor Logan, who is so thick skinned that he doesn't notice them until we do, and even then he's happy because he knows he'll get attention during the removal and then a treat afterwards!
