It was all going so well until we got to the airport! 'Fortunately' only delayed an hour, but five hours in a heaving, hot, airport departure louge with no food (everything full of gluten) and luke warm water is testing my patience a bit...

Edit : pilot just informed us that the delay was due to closure of Heathrow due to the jubilee flypast. Presumably they've been planning the flypast for months - did no one think of the impact on scheduled flights before today? Unbelievable incompetence....
