happy and glorious

Here are Mum and Dad heading out to their podiatry appointments. The poppies are beautiful, growing in the next-door garden but spreading onto the pathway of my parents' bungalow. I haven't been here at the right time of year yet to collect seeds, but I did buy and plant some this year at home, so you never know..

I went on a lovely peaceful walk to Buxted this morning, visiting the church and several of my favourite ancient oak trees.

Now sitting in the garden with Mum and a cup of tea - we have been plane-spotting with the Flight Radar app. Hardly a cloud in the sky.
