Begonias

This is the windowbox of begonias that I have next to the kitchen. One saving grace of the (no)view from my balcony is the big tree planted in front of my neighbour's apartment, so when I look completely to the right, I do see some greenery. In the early mornings, before dawn, I also hear the birds singing.

My begonias seem to be doing well. I like the mixture of colours: dark pink, yellow and pale pink. It's so healing to be able to see plants outside on my balcony garden. I must do a collage soon of all of the flowers already in bloom. I still want to get some dahlias.

I recorded  the Platinum Jubilee ceremony today and watched part of it. So wonderful to see! The Queen was looking radiant in blue!
