London Marathon

Good luck to all the marathon runners today! I walked up through the park this morning, alongside thousands of runners making their way to the start at the top of Greenwich Park/Blackheath.

I'm particularly impressed by the fun runners, like this part-donkey/part-human and the running rhinos in their enormous rhino suits who were getting prepared to run in the warm sunshine. Absolutely amazing how they do it. ( I just walked home and ate a large chocolate croissant instead, like a lazy, greedy woman)

I will go out and again and cheer on the slower runners. Well done to every one of them!
