Ruined

Scotland's attempt to qualify for the world cup lay once again in ruins, defeated by Ukraine, the better team on the day- or evening to be precise. Scotland clearly couldn't come to terms with a combination of the sunshine and Ukrainian football. Earlier I had taken a wander down to the beach at Ravenscraig Castle while Mrs Rex was getting her eyes tested. I never knew there were so many different kinds of eyedrops available.

There were tears in the eyes tonight for sure.
