Burrata
We love burrata but it’s hard to get the good stuff here, especially in the warmer months as it doesn’t travel well in the heat. We are big fans of this salad from Sabrina Ghayour’s Feasts cookbook. Burrata with chargrilled oranges, chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint and black mustard seeds - we piled this delicious combination onto toasted slices of Lithuanian rye bread. Delicious.
