The clattering buzz of unmistakeably scooter exhausts suddenly filled the High Street. The West Lothian Scooter Club had come to town. Cool colours, multiple mirrors, a plethora of parkas and gleaming graphics attracted an immediate audience. Nostalgic chat replaced the buzz of exhausts.
