Went for a relaxing time, with some reading in the peace and quiet. The cancer centre in Sidcup had agreed to have a look at my rather blotchy upper arm. Six months of adhesive bandages hasn't done my skin any favours. The nurse was very positive and suggested a few tweaks with the cleaning regime and a different adhesive would help. We shall see...
