Desperation!!

It's rained all day and we have had 40mm which converts to 160 points or there abouts. Brilliant!!

A wet Sunday....nothing nicer :) Some book reading this afternoon - a book I am engrossed in, very touching moving story. My Book Club read - Still Alice, author Lisa Genova. Phew!!!

A simple tea (supper to you UK folk) of pumpkin soup and cheese toasties shared with R & dups. They have just left, I've just said goodbye to dups who tomorrow is off to the UK. Safe travels, keep well my friend x

Some have asked what we went to see at the cinema last night - People, National Theatre Live. A wonderfully funny and very unusual movie.....just like watching a play. Brilliantly acted by Frances de la Tour.

Desperation blip tonight, a wee nook, cranny (call it what you will) in living area with this large vase we bought when we were in Singapore the first time back in the early 1980's. Still very fond of it. The picture is very grainy as is hand held with the ISO cranked up!
