Room With a View

I may have overdone the exercise, but I was determined this morning to walk the 200 yards to my local Sainsbury’s and get some limited shopping that could be managed with a crutch in one hand, a basket in the other and a rucksack on my back. It was fine until I realised when I got home that I had left behind one item in the counter so had to return. Being on a roll of independence I then decided to celebrate with a Söderberg coffee. It was probably too much walking too early so I will spend the rest of the day on the settee with my leg raised to mitigate any damage.
