What a showery day - one minute rain, the next sun. Still, good for the garden, particularly to give everything a good soaking before we’re away on Friday.

Lots of chats with a colleague this week - she’s applied for and has been offered another job but she’s torn between staying and going. I know that feeling - I’ve been in that several times and it isn’t always a clear cut decision. I hope she can see her way forward soon.
