Seattle Light Rail

Diane and I had a very pleasant trip to Seattle today. We took the train to the city and then light rail to SeaTac airport so that she could get finger printed to get her global entry card. Having global entry will let her bypass the long immigration lines when we return to the US.

Seattle has an excellent light rail system and it cost only $3.00 for both of us to get to the airport and back to the city. Amtrak from Portland to Seattle is a very relaxing way to travel and does not take any longer than driving.

Not much planned for the rest of the weekend except getting some exercise and catching up on reading.
