The good thing about having someone like Isaac glued to your side whilst you work on an essay - you can’t work too long as you worry his eyes will go square.

Gratefuls:

1. Time off work;
2. Contented children;
3. My first run without fear of crushing my sesamoids- felt good but so very slow.
