arrived today

This beautiful material. Both from what they now call deadstock, but just ends of rolls. Less than half the price of what it should be. The crushed velvet on the right is 60 inches wide and I’m thinking of making a long skirt with it. The pink one on the left is 55 inches wide and is soft embroidered cotton - it’s covered in big roses in gold thread. Going to have to put it all away for a while as I’m still working in the garden, and I’ve got a blanket to finish first.
