The clowns say they're taking steps to address the issue, when we all know they aren't. These people are.

The man in Toxteth giving cycle safety classes, the builder in NI who has changed his method of construction to build better insulated (to a Scandinavian standard) houses, the farmer who has changed the way in which he operates to reduce emissions.

They may be small steps. They should nevertheless be celebrated and Rankin does it beautifully.
