The forecast was right

Met W at Wimbledon Park station today. As I arrived it started to pour, but fortunately there was a coffee shop handy. We then walked through the Park bound for Wimbledon Common. We had to take cover under a tree when the heavens opened again. We then made it to the Windmill Tea Rooms in the dry where we had a very nice lunch. Soon after we had thunder and lightning! It cleared enough for us to walk back to the station without getting too wet. 
We saw quite a lot of wildlife but no Wombles!
