Wild orchids

It is a privilege to be able to walk about amid interesting wildflowers, herbs and alpines that are usually only found in garden centres. My back has been causing problems today. It started hurting again when I walked around the market. I had a final tennis lesson but I pulled out before the end. The good news is I have a cancellation for the doctor and can see her tomorrow. It remains to be seen if I can do the walk I am down to lead in the morning.
