……………………........……. Her Last Visit



Her wings are faded and tatty, and yet she arrived today to lay eggs on a swan plant growing in the garden.
Tomorrow is the first day of winter and the eggs won’t survive - and I wonder if this faded beauty will last the winter months to enjoy another spring.

Look carefully and you will see one tiny cream coloured egg on the lower right leaf .



Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s geranium. The expected rain was late arriving today so we got to enjoy warm sunshine again.
