Step Out of the Shadows

After an early start for me (Chris) to collect my serviced lawn mower, we took a trip over to Cambridge (Annie's home town) with the girls.

We met up with friends and visited the botanical gardens. I took a collection of shots in the gardens but Immy had my camera for much of our wander around and she was quite absorbed learning the interaction of ISO, shutter speed and aperture. My favourite gardens shot is in the portfolio although the blip is actually something I spotted on the walk back to the cars!

It was a really lovely afternoon in the sunshine and we sat outside afterwards enjoying drinks, cake and ice cream. Long may this weather continue.
