Oops, backblip.

This Woodpigeon has a routine. It flies in, walks a circuit around the water tray, pauses and looks about. Then it hops onto the stones and dips its head fully into the water. Having done that a couple of times it gets into the water and shuffles around getting a comfy position before finally settling in like this. It then just sits for fifteen minutes or so. Finally it flies up onto the nearby fence to preen. A real creature of habit.
