A renovated park

Lancaster Park where I did many walks with my friends in previous years has been renovated to a level that I find unbelievable.  When it was first built it was off base housing for soldiers at PaxRiver Naval Air Station. When they stopped using it, it was low cost rentals. Then they were all torn down and it was left in a mess. Unpaved road, no night lighting etc. Now it is so updated with all paved roads, parking lots, ball fields of several types, benches, disc/frisbee golf nets and more. It was a wonderful place to walk this morning.  I also slept better than any other night I have been here. I think it may have been due to getting the blinds in light blocking position. It was heavenly!
