Feeding the homeless
Well not quite. Rachel and Ross move home next week and the family all mucked in today to help them pack their belongings into boxes. Just about everything bar the furniture has been shipped out to other family members homes so that on the day of the move they just have the large items of furniture to move themselves which they can do with a hired van.
Given the upheavel, we thought it only right to invite them rounf for dinner, and a lovely evening it was to. We had a chicken pastilla with roast potatoes and baby carrots. Followed that with cheese and biscuits, and finished off with a proper cup of tea (leaves not a bag) and baklawa.
Somehow we got onto the subject of teeth whitening. From there it was a short step for Rosina to buy some teeth whitening strips on Buyapower. Cost £34 and we have no idea how many she has got for that princley sum. Stiil, in a matter of weeks, you will doubtless need sunglasses to view my pictures as we will all have brilliant white Osmond like smiles :-)
Hoping for decent weather tomorrow so that I can get out and start prepping the garden for the summer. Off to a concert (or should I say gig) in the evening. One of my favourite bands - I am Kloot. Really looking forward to this.
